                做好企业门面:波隆水务开展客服及秩序岗位礼仪培训

                本报讯 为了提升员工礼仪素养,展现公司的良好形象,波隆水务于20198月针对秩序员及客服职位开展了相关礼仪培训。

                本次培训分两期开展。第一期为2019814日开展的客服培训,培训通过讲师边讲解边实际演练的形式进行,在讲师示范过后,员工在岗位上进行实际操作。客服岗位培训主要分为前台接待、会议接待及餐饮接待三大环节。每个环节演练后由讲师直接评分,对于不合格者则多次进行练习,并在后期工作中进行监督管理。第二期为2019823日开展的秩序员的培训,采取的培训形式与客服培训相类似,培训讲师则由秩序员队长担任。由于秩序员大都为入职时间不长的新员工,所以此次培训的讲解及演练内容主要围绕大门岗的礼仪规范、报警器的处理、监控视频的下载、巡逻岗的要求及其它需要注意的事项展开。 

                通过本次培训不仅加强了员工对礼仪培训的认识及操作规范化,也提高了员工的基本素质。希望在后期工作中能不断提升自我,为公司树立优良的企业形象。
